I unplugged the network cable to that box, ran ipconfig /flushdns, ran ipconfig /registerdns, and just like that all better. All computers now see the correct master browser and all machines
Error 998: Invalid access to memory location. I solved the trouble with the network of Windows 7. To start with make sure Computer Browser service is running and also make sure if your windows firewall or Antivirus firewall is blocking you from exploring the network. Have you tried to uninstall\reinstall TCP\IP from the problem computer?
Also update your antivirus and take few hours to take rest and your PC will cold.
