I have no RCA .. I am trying to connect my ATI Radeon to an old CRT TV via S-video. Why would this card work phine on an ECS board and then perform half-assed on a GigaByte board??
I have a laptop connected to TV with S-vhs to composite adapter. I've spent more than enough on an RF modulator and all the transformators i needed to get from S-vid to SCART.... However the open source AMDGPU driver is available to install through the xserver-xorg-video-amdgpu package.
